Gerald Abraham is a visual effects supervisor and Owner/Creative Director of Industry Visual Effects. Gerald honed his craft as Computer Graphics Supervisor/ Lighting & Shading Technical Director at Sway Studio’s working on numerous commercials and features. He also worked on Roland Emmerich’s critcally acclaimed, end of the world film “ 2012,”Most recently Gerald and his team were called upon to design a number of motion graphics & CGI shots for “Walking With Dinosaur’s 3D”.

Best known for the hundreds of zany commercials he wrote and directed in the70?s and 80’s,and more recently for the darkly compelling SONY PlayStation2 commercial he shot & composited for noted director David Lynch, Scott is widely regarded as one of the leading innovators of contemporary digital production. His most recent book, DIGITAL MOVIEMAKING is considered by many to be the definitive guidebook to Hollywood’s digital age. Hired by Oscar winning cinematographer James Wong Howe in 1973, Scott continued to work on several of Mr. Howe’s commercial accounts after Howe’s death in 1975, parlaying that into his own ad agency (85 employees in 3 states). His retirement from the ad biz in 1983 lasted a whole 4 months!
